Coach Michel is truly special. The passion/energy/knowledge he puts into every student every minute they are with him is next level - unlike anything I’ve ever seen. I played baseball my entire life - college and even a couple years of unpaid semi-pro because I just love the game and was happy to be able continue playing at a high level. Now as a father of two boys that is hoping to share the game that has given me so much over the years, I’m so happy to have met Michel who has the gift - an ability/desire to share all that makes the game special with his students

Michel is clearly one of the most knowledgeable hitting instructors we’ve ever worked with! 15 minutes of hitting and he knew all of my Son’s key weaknesses! We have a lot of drills to work on, but no doubt this will change my Sons swing for the better!

Coach Michel is the best! I have two boys (ages 9 and 11) and they both had classic little league swings. Coach Michel is rebuilding their swings from the ground up, and the results have been fun to watch. Both boys were already good hitters, but they are getting better and better with each session. If you want to take your game to the next level, then I highly recommend Michel and the 365 Baseball Academy.

Michel’s 365 Baseball and Softball have one of the most comprehensive and thorough training programs for young athletes who want to compete at the highest level. My child has exponentially improved over the last 3 years due to this program. So much so she has received multiple D1 scholarship offers and is looking forward to playing in College.
